Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Legs Every Month will ship your subscription choice at the beginning of the 3rd week of each month as long as your subscription remains active. All shipping costs are flat rate for the monthly subscription and shipped via the United Stats Postal Service. In most cases packages are delivered in 3-5 business days.
Due to the nature of our monthly service, Legs Every Month does not guarantee that any style, make or manufacturer will be be present in your monthly subscription from one month to the next. Therefore, Legs Every Month will not accept any returns or exchanges of undamaged merchandise.
Orders from our By The Pair store are processed and ship within 2 business days and are available to ship via UPS ground, overnight or Two day air. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you directly, and offer you the choice to cancel your order for a full refund, or wait until the item is available. Orders of items on back order, will be canceled with an immediate refund to the account used to make the purchase.
At this time, Legs Every Month ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Legs Every Month.com ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
In the event a stocking is delivered damaged, please return mail the damaged stocking for a replacement of a similar style. Hosiery that has been worn, damaged through improper use, storage and or care, will not be considered for replacement. Please include the original product packaging of the hosiery item when returning the item for replacement along with your contact information, and account number.
Sales Tax
Legs Every Month.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
